We Can Assist With Debt Collection :

We can provide debt collection assistance for all involved in the forwarder/freight/shipping/mover/transport/cargo/logistics community
Our fee for amicable collection services is 10% of any actual amount collected and on a no collection/no fee basis. If you are a member of our Forwarder Focus Directory then the fee is 5% (50% less). See our Debt Collection Facts and Figures document for further detail - Download here
We request the debtor to pay any/all collected amounts to you and then we will invoice you accordingly once funds are collected
If we cannot collect and if a local collection/legal representative for any pre-court action needs to be involved then we will introduce you to such entity and whatever fee you agree with them is your business not ours. Typically such representatives charge a fee of 15% of any actual amounts collected and sometimes as high as 20%. Once introduced we will disengage and charge no fee for our activity to date
